Training and education are critical tools to make you more marketable to employers.
Penpergwm House wants to remain at the forefront of good practice in healthcare of the elderly so in-house training has been designed to follow a series of training courses suitable for those in the Care industry in order to continually develop and update their skill base. Some courses have been specifically developed by our qualified and skilled training team and others refer to the guidelines of Redcrier Publications. Our Training is aimed to provide the very best up-to-date professional development for our staff to keep them at the forefront of best practise in Care.
The aim of each course is to impart and embed skills and information to enable staff to work to the best of their abilities as well as to continue and add to their professional development in a friendly environment in which to learn with our in-house highly qualified trainer Liz Marlog.
